The Role:
Your Mission:
As the Epic Hospital Billing (HB) Expected Reimbursement Contracts Analyst, you will provide intermediate system-level support for multi-user clinical and financial applications, operating systems, hardware, software, and reporting tools. This includes installation, configuration, training, maintenance, and ongoing support of these systems. This role requires intermediate knowledge of systems analysis, along with a comprehensive understanding of project management concepts and methodologies. You will lead and actively participate in project planning sessions, establishing clear goals, milestones, and procedures, while managing projects of varying complexity. In close collaboration with project leaders, you will support key aspects of project planning to ensure timelines and deliverables are successfully met. You will promote excellent customer service and leverage strong communication skills to support the success of all software applications. Additionally, you will partner with cross-functional departments to promote, educate, and train on current applications, while working collaboratively with Xtensys staff, clinical and operational teams, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals.

Who You Are & What You'll Bring Proven Track Record:
Minimum 3 years' experience in technology and/or healthcare or related industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work well in a team environment by accepting and offering constructive feedback and supporting team goals. Ability to multitask and complete assigned tasks independently with minimal guidance with close attention to detail, and ability to offer some guidance to other team members. Ability to analyze and troubleshoot problems and offer solutions. Comprehensive understanding of application support. Ability to serve as a primary resource for at least 1 application module. Ability to gather, translate, and communicate business or clinical requirements into technical solutions for application implementation.
Education/Certifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field is preferred & Epic Resolute Hospital Billing & Hospital Billing Expected Reimbursement Contracts certifications are required.
Technical Savvy:
Proven experience in leveraging knowledge of Epic Foundation and Epic applications to optimize workflows and improve patient care
Communication:
An ability to translate "tech-speak" into helpful, clear solutions for non-technical users.
Travel Requirements:
Up to 25 % for implementations, Go-lives', upgrades, etc.
Physical Readiness:
Capability for sedentary work, including sitting for long periods and occasionally exerting up to 10 pounds of force. #LI-Remote About Xtensys Connected Health Solutions We are new but mighty.
