We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Medical Billing to join our team and help ensure accurate and timely billing operations.

Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze medical records to ensure accurate coding and billing
• Assign appropriate ICD-10 and codes to diagnoses and procedures
• Verify patient information and insurance coverage for billing purposes
• Submit claims to insurance companies and follow up on unpaid or denied claims
• Communicate with healthcare providers to resolve billing discrepancies or obtain missing information

Requirements and Skills:

• Must have experience as a medical billing and coding specialist
• Must be bilingual (English & Spanish).
• Impeccable organizational skills.
• Computer proficiency
• Multitasker.
• Knowledge of medical insurance.
• Attention to detail.
• Medisoft & Practice Fusion experience a PLUS.
• Must be able to work on Saturdays.
