Billing Specialist

Job DescriptionJob Description Position Overview Browning Moving & Storage is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Commercial Billing Specialist to support our growing commercial division. This position is responsible for billing commercial projects including FFE installations, office relocations, decommission projects, and monthly storage accounts. The ideal candidate has strong billing experience, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable working closely with Project Managers and the Commercial Business Development Manager to ensure timely and accurate invoicing. This position reports directly to the Commercial Business Development Manager and is in-office at our Lakeland, FL location. Key Responsibilities Review commercial contracts and project proposals to ensure accurate billing Prepare and submit invoices daily Generate and process monthly storage invoices Work closely with Business development Manager and Project Manager to verify job details, pricing, and change orders Submit invoices to customers in accordance with contract terms Prepare and maintain billing reports Ensure billing accuracy and timely submission Maintain organized billing documentation and records Assist with resolving billing discrepancies as needed

Qualifications Required:

Minimum 3 years of billing experience Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize multiple projects Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) Strong written and verbal communication skills Professional and team-oriented attitude

Preferred:
