QuickBooks Online Experience Required You must have 1-3 years of hands-on QuickBooks Online experience (billing, invoicing, A/R, or A/P). About This Role We're looking for a sharp, fast-moving, and highly organized Office Administrator who can handle both numbers and people without missing a beat. This is a key role in a growing company where you'll be responsible for keeping billing accurate, schedules tight, and customers taken care of — while working directly with the Owner and General Manager on day-to-day operations. If you like staying busy, being relied on, and having direct visibility into how a business runs — you'll fit right in. What You'll Be Doing Manage billing, A/R, and A/P in QuickBooks Online Handle customer payments, invoices, and follow-ups Answer phones and schedule service appointments Keep the daily schedule running smoothly Support technicians and office operations Run reports in Housecall Pro Work directly with the Owner and GM to ensure accuracy, reporting, and smooth operations What You Bring 1-3 years QuickBooks Online experience (REQUIRED) Experience with billing, A/R, or A/P Strong attention to detail — you catch mistakes before they happen Ability to multitask without getting overwhelmed Comfortable talking to customers and handling calls Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly Reliable, consistent, and takes ownership of your work Who Does Well Here You like staying busy and productive throughout the day You take pride in being organized, accurate, and dependable You don't need constant direction — you figure things out You want a stable, long-term position with a growing company You're comfortable working closely with leadership and being trusted with responsibility This Role Is NOT For You If You don't have QuickBooks Online experience You struggle with multitasking or fast-paced environments You prefer slow, repetitive workdays You're just looking for a temporary job What You'll Get $22

Schedule:
Our schedule rotates weekly to keep things balanced: Week 1: Monday through Friday One Week Week 2: Tuesday through Saturday The Next Week (Then it repeats!) Compensation & Benefits Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid sick time Paid holidays We are a growing, fast-moving company — not a large corporate environment. Because of that, we currently do not offer traditional corporate benefits like health insurance or retirement plans. As we continue to grow, this is something we plan to revisit.
