Job Responsibilities:

Manage insurance billing processes, including claims submission, payment posting, and follow-up Verify insurance benefits and eligibility Work with insurance providers to resolve denials and discrepancies Communicate with patients regarding billing inquiries and payment plans Maintain accurate billing records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA Collaborate with front desk and administrative staff to streamline billing processes

Qualifications:

Experience with Chirotouch EHR preferred Proven experience in chiropractic/medical billing, preferably in a chiropractic or healthcare setting Strong knowledge of insurance billing processes, codes, and regulations (ICD-10, CPT) Familiarity with billing software and electronic health records (EHR) Excellent communication and customer service skills High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Why Join Us?
