- This position is fully in office in Stuart and Tradition, FL
- The RCM Billing Manager is responsible for directing and coordinating the overall functions of the medical billing and coding department to ensure maximization cash flow while improving patient, physician, and other customer relations.

CPT, ICD-10
codes, HCFA 1500, HIPPA, billing and insurance. regulations, medical terminology, insurance benefits and appeal processes. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Knowledge of medical billing and coding Knowledge of Utilization Management sites (i.e. eviCore, AIM, RadMD, Navinet) Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate. Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment. Proficient with Allscripts and NextGen Practice Management and EHR. Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Finger dexterity to perform duties such as typing or writing. Ability to speak and hear. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times. Expectations Provides exceptional customer service to our patients. Exhibits professionalism and ethical behavior at all times. Maintains strict confidentiality of patient and business information. Maintains OSHA and HIPAA regulations. Works as part of the CPPA team and treats everyone with respect, courtesy and friendliness. Adheres to all policies and procedures for our organization.
