Bookkeeping Clerk

We are seeking an extremely organized and proactive bookkeeping clerk to work closely with our financial manager to ensure that all financial transactions are recorded correctly and that all records are kept organized and up-to-date. You must be good in mathematics through advanced algebra. We will train you in our construction software and in the development of construction deliverables. We offer you an opportunity to learn about financial activities in commercial construction. Your duties and responsibilities will include accurately recording all day-to-day financial transactions, balancing the checkbook, monitoring accounts payable and receivable, creating invoices, reviewing financial construction documents, and managing the bookkeeping system, including filing and storage.

Pay:

$22.84 - $27.51 per hour
