  • 4:30pm Non-negotiable salary: $39,978.
2 2 Under general supervision, performs a variety of billing functions that includes the preparation and distribution of invoices, processing payments and payment approval. Analyzes billing data and prepares reports for revenue and expenditures. Develops reports as needed. Plans, develops, tracks and documents patient/client billing and collection activities. Prepares, distributes, receives and/or processes itemized statements, bills or invoices; documents amounts due, amounts paid or delinquent amounts for items purchased or services rendered. Research/resolves problematic transactions. Reviews documents, such as purchase orders, sales tickets, charge slips or hospital records in order to compute fees and charges due. Verifies and processes vendor invoices and payment information High school diploma/GED and two (2) years of job-related billing/bookkeeping experience; or one (1) year of experience at the lower level Billing Clerk 1 (FIT030) or equivalent position.
