for a full-time Billing Clerk to post vehicle sales for new and used car sales, issue trade payoffs, process F&I product payables, ensure paperwork is accurate, and more. Accounting experience is required. Auto dealership experience is preferred. Auto Dealership Billing Clerk:

Post vehicle sales for new and used car sales, ensure required paperwork is accurate, and more Issue trade payoffs Process F&I product payables Process product cancellations Processing of KBB deals Monthly dealer reserve statements Schedule reconciliations / management Performance basic and routing accounting functions Perform other administrative duties as necessary Requirements -

Auto Dealership Billing Clerk:

Previous accounting experience required, auto dealership experience preferred CDK experience is a PLUS Understanding of accounting principles and credits/debits Proficient with standard computer software and accounting software Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
