Duties and Responsibilities:
Complete reports on a daily basis by using the billing audit. Clear billing audit. Complete the Minimum load report daily and keep the reject list clear. Check and correct the Weekend Pay report. Monitor Qualcomm logs and enter new drivers in the log system. Scan and review any paperwork that comes in daily. Complete any Federal Diversions as needed. Coordinate with Corporate, Dispatch and Customers on obtaining any missing paperwork/Release Numbers, requests, etc. Assist with monitoring Total Mail during the shift and helping to pay accessorials. Work with the Drivers on any pay issues and work hand in hand with upper management in regards to personnel business, STD information, ExponentHR issues. Complete all invoicing/payables using the P.O. Log. Enter in Uniform requests for Drivers and Office personnel. Assist in New Hire Driver set-ups. Assist other terminals with FCE issues. Enter holiday, funeral and sick pay for drivers. Enter Shop work order, fuel receipts, over the road fuel. Check unassigned & unknown driving events against Total Mail. Release payroll for drivers weekly. Work with the
ATM & TM
on any tasks they need to be covered.
General Office duties:
answering phones, filing, ordering office supplies, etc.
Knowledge and Skills:

Microsoft Office Suite Education and Work Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent required. 2-5 years of administrative office experience
