Location Requirement:
The work arrangement for this role is a hybrid position, requiring a minimum of three (3) days in the office, with flexibility to work remotely two (2) days each week.
Role Overview:
The Billing Analyst II is responsible for independently managing end-to-end billing processes, including usage rating, pricing validation, dispute support, and billing system maintenance. This position ensures high billing accuracy, supports revenue assurance initiatives, and may contribute to system automation efforts.
Qualifications:
Education:
Associate or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.
Experience:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in billing or revenue operations.
Key Competencies:
Strong understanding of telecom products, billing cycles, and usage-based billing. Proficient in Excel and experience with billing platforms. Analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Salary Range:
$23.42 - $29.30 Beyond competitive health and retirement benefits with immediate 401(k) vesting, Segra also invests in your total well-being through programs supporting physical, mental, financial, and social wellness.
