This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in accuracy and organization. What You'll Do Post patient charges and payments accurately Submit medical and vision insurance claims Review insurance payments and resolve denials, discrepancies, and appeals Assist patients by phone with questions about insurance payments and account balances Research and resolve billing issues and patient concerns Work to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement for services What We're Looking For Medical billing or healthcare office experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work independently Excellent communication and customer service skills Problem-solving mindset with a focus on accuracy Education High school diploma or equivalent required Benefits Medical insurance 401K with employer matching Paid holidays Consistent Monday-Friday schedule (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) No weekends
