Job Description
Abcor Home Health, Inc., is growing and we are hiring a Compliance and Pre-Billing Integrity (CPI) Coordinator to join our team in our Arlington Heights, IL office. Abcor Home Health is looking for a detail-oriented Compliance & Pre-Billing Integrity Coordinator to support pre-billing review, documentation validation, and compliance audits. We prefer someone with previous homecare experience who understands the environment. Familiarity of senior homecare is a huge plus!

Pay range of $40000 per year - $45000 per year Medical, dental, vision, life and disability Insurance Available the first of the month following 30 days of employment 401(k) with company match Paid Time Off 13 PTO days for the initial calendar year of employment, prorated depending on the start date during the calendar yearPaid Company Holidays Floating Holidays Responsibilities:
Review visits, timesheets, and documentation before payroll and billing Validate data across HHAeXchange (HHAX), scheduling, and payroll systems Resolve alerts, missed visits, and documentation issues Audit supervisor, client, and caregiver files (~25% of caseloads) Identify discrepancies and support corrective actions Assist with internal and external audits What We're Looking For Experience with HHAX or EVV systems preferred Strong attention to detail and organization Experience reviewing documentation for accuracy and compliance Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Requirements High school diploma or GED required Completion ofIDOA CCP-HOST
