Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Position Overview Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Operations Coordinator to join their warehouse support operations team in Des Plaines, IL. This role will support internal billing activities across multiple warehouse divisions and assist with invoice processing, payment tracking, and administrative coordination. The team currently consists of two full-time employees, and due to upcoming staffing changes, the company is looking to expand support coverage. This is a great opportunity for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess strong organizational, communication, and Excel skills. Key Responsibilities Handle internal billing processes across four warehouse divisions Set up billing for Navisphere shipment files Process payments through Navisphere Track payments, collections, and invoice statuses Reconcile and match invoices with internal and external records Process various invoice types including freight, customer, and vendor invoices Communicate with internal teams through email, instant messaging, and direct connect radio systems Provide administrative support to warehouse operations Ensure accurate and timely invoice processing and reporting Qualifications & Skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables Experience with Power BI is a plus Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills About Trova Advisory Group Trova Advisory Group specializes in delivering a comprehensive array of staffing solutions tailored to meet the diverse needs of businesses across multiple sectors.
