About the company Insurance Navy was established in 2007 based out of Palos Hills, IL and focuses on non-standard auto insurance sales and services. We currently operate in 5 states with over 30 locations, with most being in the Chicagoland area. We strive to become the leading auto insurance broker in each state we operate in. About the position We are seeking motivated representatives to join our expanding billing department. These representatives will complete various tasks throughout the day, and will play a key role in the growth of the company. Tasks include, but not limited to, the following: Processing agent requests to attend to clients' needs. Auditing insurance payments and deposits. Enrolling clients in auto pay. Auditing insurance policies, ensuring we are billing the client for the appropriate amounts. Verifying our customer files are accurate compared to their insurance policies. Processing daily deposits from our branch locations. Assisting with refunds to our clients. Bank account reconciliation reports monthly. More Why work for Insurance Navy?
