Salary:
$80,000 - $100,000 Join the growing team at Legacy Healthcare, a leading provider of post-acute and long-term care consulting services supporting skilled nursing facilities across multiple states. Legacy Healthcare is known for its commitment to exceptional care, employee growth, and building a positive, collaborative culture. We are seeking an experienced MCO Billing Manager to oversee billing and collections operations across multiple Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs). This role is responsible for managing reimbursement processes related to Managed Care Part B, Commercial insurance, Managed Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, and coinsurance billing. The ideal candidate will have strong SNF billing experience, leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of managed care reimbursement processes.

Responsibilities Oversee billing and collections for Managed Care Part B, Commercial, Managed Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, and coinsurance accounts Manage billing operations across multiple SNF locations Monitor AR performance and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding claims Resolve billing discrepancies, denials, and reimbursement issues Collaborate with internal teams and insurance payers to improve collections and cash flow Ensure compliance with payer guidelines and regulatory requirements Analyze billing trends and identify opportunities for process improvement Train and support billing staff as needed
Qualifications Required:
