Onsite - Downtown Indianapolis (Monument Circle)
Duration:
1 year on contract + to potential hire
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00
PM PR:
$20-24/hr
Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Analyst to work onsite with our utility client in downtown Indianapolis. This role involves manually transferring data between billing systems and requires a high level of accuracy and consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform manual data entry from one billing system to another Manage a backlog of billing requests with varying daily volumes (from under 100 to several thousand) Maintain focus and accuracy during repetitive tasks Collaborate effectively with team members Adapt to fluctuating workloads and unexpected daily changes Work comfortably in a corporate office environment with regular executive presence
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable with monotonous, screen-heavy tasks Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a plus Proficiency in SAP is a plus Professional demeanor in a corporate setting
