Temporary Accounts Receivable Analyst Responsibilities:

As an Analyst - Accounts Receivable, you will be responsible for generating, reviewing, and issuing customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner. Maintains and updates billing records using applicable systems, ensuring charges are correct and properly documented. Researches and resolves routine billing discrepancies and prepares standard reports related to billing status, exceptions, or unresolved issues. What will you need at Accounts Receivable Analyst? High School Degree or Equivalent Salesforce Experience Direct Billing experience. QuickBooks Experience Required Inventory Experience Required Basic computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office and Teams Good customer service skills Accounting background/AP experience required! Must not have any felonies in the last 7 years Must pass a 10-panel drug test #IND2
