Billing Specialist

Sunflower Medical group, is a private primary care practice with five locations throughout the Kansas City area. The Mission office is located at 5675 Roe Blvd, Roeland Park, Kansas. Job Responsibilities Review and bill outpatient office charges for multiple providers Review A/R reports and denials to research and correct outstanding claims Responsible for taking patient phone calls. Assisting patients with questions regarding their bill and/or taking payments.

Job Requirements:

A minimum of 2 years medical billing experience in a healthcare environment. Must have a strong knowledge of healthcare billing and A/R follow up. High school diploma or equivalent. Broad knowledge and experience with all commercial carriers including Medicare / Medicaid Strong organizational skills required
