Position Overview:
Primary responsibility is patient accounting Following up on patient balances Following up on claims Collecting revenue and processing payments Customer service for patient questions regarding their accounts Setting up payment plans Assisting with collections Payment posting and auditing Account reconciliation Collaboration with providers, patients, insurance, and other internal staff members
Education & Experience:
Required :
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Preferred :
Associates or Bachelor's degree in accounting completed or in progress. Experience in healthcare preferred.
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
