ICD-9, ICD-10, CPT

(Current Procedural Terminology), and DRG (Diagnosis-Related Group) codes for procedures and diagnoses Prepare and submit accurate claims using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems to insurance companies, government programs, and patients Follow up on unpaid or rejected claims through effective medical collection strategies Verify patient insurance coverage, eligibility, and benefits prior to service delivery Maintain comprehensive medical records ensuring all coding aligns with current standards and regulations Collaborate with healthcare providers to clarify documentation for accurate coding and billing Stay updated on changes in medical terminology, coding guidelines, and payer policies to ensure compliance and optimize reimbursement processes Qualifications Proven experience in medical billing, coding, or a related healthcare administrative role Strong knowledge of

ICD-9, ICD-10, CPT
