Job Description

TITLE:
National Billing Specialist HOURS:
Full Time 8:00 - 4:30 /
LOCATION:
Baton Rouge, LA Summary of Position:
At Prisma, formerly Vivid Ink, we rely on a meticulous financial system to drive business forward. Our billing department keeps that system running smoothly by invoicing customers on a timely basis. The billing specialist will have both a day-to-day and ongoing impact on financial transactions, keeping us on track, on time, and on good terms with our valued partners.
Responsibilities:
Process invoices in compliance with financial policies and procedures Verify and investigate discrepancies, if any, by reconciling vendor accounts and monthly vendor statements Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients Understand expense accounts and cost centers Understands customer issues around the billing processes
Qualifications/Skills:
Proven work experience in Billing or Bookkeeping Data entry skills Strong communication, problem solving and analytical skills required Ability to work independently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel or Google Sheets Must have attention to detail with an eye for accuracy.

$18.00 - $23.00 per hour
