Medical Billing Specialist

Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Biller to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of medical billing processes and terminology to ensure accurate and timely reimbursement for services provided. Duties

• Review and verify accuracy of billing data
• Prepare and submit claims to insurance companies
• Follow up on unpaid claims
• Resolve billing issues and discrepancies
• Maintain patient billing records
• Utilize medical coding systems such as ICD-10
• Collaborate with medical staff to clarify diagnosis or obtain additional information Skills
