JOIN OUR TEAM AS UTILITY BILLING CLERK II
This position performs administrative, clerical, customer service, and billing-related work in support of the City's utility billing operations. This position plays a critical role in the preparation, review, and processing of the City's monthly utility billing cycle and is responsible for ensuring billing accuracy, timely account processing, and responsive customer service. This position requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently within strict billing deadlines while managing a high volume of customer account activity. $20.55/hour - $33.06/hour 15 paid holidays per year

City pays 93% of premiums Excellent retirement benefits paid by the City Applications must be received by Monday, June 8, 2026, 4:00 PM, to participate in the next Civil Service examination or KSA evaluation. KSA evaluations are based on documents submitted by applicant. Additional information will be emailed to applicants after this recruitment closes. Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have at least two years of progressively responsible and related experience.
