High school diploma or equivalent Experience in medical billing, collections, or insurance follow-up is preferred Strong communication and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy Comfortable working with billing systems and insurance portals Basic computer skills Familiar with Microsoft software

Payment Processing :

Import from websites and post payments from batches as well as patient credit card payments.

Billing Management :

Generate invoices for services, ensuring that all charges are accurately captured and recorded.

Insurance Claims :

Post insurance payments, rejections, and refunds.

HIPAA Compliance :

Comply with the requirements of HIPAA in respect to the privacy of individually identifiable health information and the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of PHI.

Cultural Contribution :

Time Management :

Have the capacity to stay on task, avoid distractions, and manage time efficiently.

Technical Skills :
