We're looking for a Medical Billing Office Assistant to support our billing and administrative operations at one of our welcoming Fall River facilities. You'll be a key part of the team that keeps our healthcare services running smoothly — and ensures our residents receive the care they deserve without billing roadblocks. What You'll Do Process and submit medical claims to insurance providers accurately and on time Code and document patient medical information with precision Communicate with patients and insurance companies to resolve billing questions Maintain organized electronic and physical medical records Provide general administrative support to the billing team What We're Looking For 1-2 years of experience in medical billing and/or coding Strong knowledge of medical terminology, billing procedures, and office workflows Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills Clear, professional communication and customer service abilities Comfort using medical billing software and electronic health record systems Schedule & Pay Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM On-site position $20/hour Why join us: Every facility is more than a skilled nursing center — it's a home.
