Billing Specialist

Company Overview Murphy & Riley, P.C. is a successful insurance defense law firm dedicated to providing exceptional legal services to our clients. We are seeking a detail and team orientated financial person to help us provide those services. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, professionalism, and responsiveness with the ability to prioritize time sensitive requests. In this role, you will be involved with all aspects of billing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial standards. Your expertise will help streamline our billing operations and support our clients.

Responsibilities include:

• Prepare and process invoices using Tabs3 legal billing software.
• Input income and accounts payable information into QuickBooks
• Interface with various clients billing platforms to process invoices and respond to billing issues.
• Reconcile accounts receivable and accounts payable, maintaining precise records of all transactions.

Specific experience with our accounting software is not required but the successful candidate must be computer literate with familiarity with various applications. Pay:

$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
