The Direct Hire Division of Consilio, LLC is working with a highly regarded law firm that is seeking to hire a E-Billing Manager to join their Washington, DC office. This position is not with Consilio directly; it is a direct hire, permanent opportunity with the law firm. eBilling Manager ???? Remote ???? Salary Range:
$118,000 - $148,500 Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented eBilling Manager to join a leading international law firm in Washington, DC. This role will oversee the firm's eBilling operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with client guidelines while driving process improvements and leveraging technology to enhance billing workflows. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in finance, accounting, or eBilling within a large, international law firm environment , along with advanced expertise in eBilling systems and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset. Key Responsibilities Manage all aspects of the firm's eBilling operations , including submission, troubleshooting, and compliance with client billing guidelines Serve as the subject matter expert for eBilling systems, including advanced use of eBilling HUB Monitor and resolve invoice rejections, reductions, and appeals in a timely manner Partner with attorneys, billing teams, and clients to ensure accurate and timely invoice processing Analyze billing data and trends to identify opportunities for improved efficiency, reduced write-offs, and enhanced realization Maintain and update client billing guidelines within eBilling platforms Develop and implement process improvements to streamline billing workflows and optimize system usage Train and mentor billing staff on eBilling procedures, systems, and best practices Collaborate with IT and finance teams on system upgrades, integrations, and reporting enhancements Generate and deliver reports on billing performance, key metrics, and client compliance Ensure adherence to firm policies, client requirements, and industry best practices Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required Minimum of 5+ years of experience in billing, accounting, or eBilling within an international law firm Advanced proficiency with eBilling HUB (or similar platforms such as Aderant, Elite, or Legal Tracker) Strong technical skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel proficiency strongly preferred) Deep understanding of legal billing processes, client guidelines, and compliance requirements Experience analyzing billing data and driving process improvements ELS Consilio, LLC Direct Hire Division staffs' positions, for Consilio clients and does not staff for internal corporate positions at Consilio.
