Job Description
We are a growing Maine home care agency looking for a Billing Specialist, the job is mostly remote, but you must be in the state for in person meetings. As our Billing Specialist with Authentic Vibes Home Care LLC, you will need to - first and foremost be a team player. You will process Maine Care billing, adjudicate billing weekly, Bill and collect private pay accounts, Bill service coordination agencies for section 63 HBSS accounts. You will be expected to reconcile accounts and maintain billing records. To utilize QuickBooks for incoming and outgoing funds. Use Excell for reports and spreadsheets. Collaborate with team members. Ensure compliance with payer guidelines and policies. Eventually you will also need to complete billing for Veterans Affairs.
