We are proud to have a supportive, low-turnover team and are looking to add the right person as we continue to grow. In this vital role, you will be responsible for managing the entire billing process, ensuring accurate and timely submission of claims, and maximizing revenue through effective insurance and patient account management. Your expertise will help streamline financial operations, improve cash flow, and enhance patient satisfaction by providing clear communication and efficient service. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage insurance processes (pre-determinations, claim submissions, payment posting)
  • Coordinate patient financial accounts, contracts, and auto-payments
  • Ensure accuracy and organization within financial systems
  • Collect and process payments
  • Answer phones and schedule patients efficiently
  • Support overall office flow and team efficiency
What We're Looking For:
  • Positive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Orthodontic/ Dental billing experience is
PREFERRED
  • Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure error-free claims processing
  • Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
  • Effective communication skills to liaise confidently with insurance providers and team members
  • Excellent understanding of insurance processes including claim submission, follow-up procedures, denials management, and appeals
Important:
This role includes insurance and financial responsibilities—please only apply if you are comfortable working with numbers and detailed systems
Compensation:
  • $20+/hour, based on experience and skillset
  • Top of range reserved for candidates with strong insurance and financial coordination experience
Schedule:
  • Approximately 32-36 hours per week
  • 4-day and 5-day work weeks (alternating)
