Job Summary:

The Accounts Receivable Analyst (level I) is responsible for the operational execution of invoicing, purchase orders (P.O.) balances, checks and balances for program invoicing and following up on invoices. The role will be responsible for managing accounts receivable, creating detailed reports, and maintaining budget goals. This position is 100% onsite and is located in Farmington, MI.As an Accounts Receivable Analyst, you will:

Manage customer inquiries, and disputes. Complete all customer required reporting for invoice back-up, PO balances, and uploading invoices to various software platforms to ensure timely customer approvalSubmit month-end project and billing close reports as well as finalized invoices to Program Management and AccountingOversee all aspects of projects start to finish. Project based computer reporting must be reviewed for proper labor, equipment, material, and travel cost. Review sales orders for accurate piece price in a volume based tiered system versus customer purchase ordersContracts may span over multiple years therefore efficient and effective record retention and statement of works must be documented. Examine month-end revenue reconciliation, analyze cost versus budget compared to margin submitted, schedule contract revenue affecting income statementsEnsure invoices are being formatted per the purchase order to avoid cash flow issues - time and material detail, milestone completion per scope of work, or product salesReview month end reports including reviewing UAR, deferred revenue, and flag unfunded projects to management.
