Full Job Description HR and Billing Coordinator Location:
Grand Rapids, Michigan Employment Type:
Full Time, In person
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm Seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as the HR and Billing Coordinator. This position works in conjunction with the E-Billing Administrator and Financial Controller to secure revenue and streamline business operation and reports directly to the Financial Controller. It is important to note this job description is not designed to be a comprehensive list of activities. Flexibility is required as duties and responsibilities may evolve over time. Compensation based on experience.
Job Responsibilities:
Support the Financial Controller and E-Billing Administrator in day-to-day operations of the HR and billing needs of the company Assist in recruiting and interviews Assist in onboarding new hires Assist in client billing Verify accuracy and compile timecards weekly Assist in check runs and invoice data entry Manage and delegate workload to float assistants Create and follow up on 90 day and yearly performance reviews for staff Go-to for employee relations, support and communication Perform various administrative duties and back up Financial Controller and E-Billing Administrator in their absence Create meeting agendas and follow up minutes after meetings Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices
Skill Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business or Human Resources (equivalent experience will be considered) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent listening skills Detail oriented Excellent organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment Ability to work with superiors and staff to accomplish business goals using interpersonal skills Must support the business goals using a strong commitment to professional and ethical standards Ability to maintain confidentiality standards in all aspects of position
