This role requires exceptional attention to detail and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. You'll work in a structured office environment and be expected to manage high volumes of data efficiently, supporting both internal teams and external customer needs. Essential Job Functions Scan, and index trip documents for billing Generate and audit invoices with a strong focus on accuracy Maintain rate books and fuel surcharge data for customer accounts Monitor invoice runs and prepares documents for mailing Collaborate with Accounts Receivable to resolve billing disputes Respond to customer calls and emails and provide proof of delivery (POD) Track billing totals and bank deposits; compile daily reports Ensure invoices are emailed or mailed in a timely and accurate manner • Will be responsible for Dedicated Accounts Secondary Job Functions Serve as a representative of the Company, displaying courtesy, tact, consideration, and discretion in all interactions with other members of the Koch community, customers and with the public. Working Conditions Temperature regulated office environment Supervisory Responsibilities None Qualifications Required Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent 1+ year of experience in an office setting using Microsoft Excel regularly Preferred Education and Experience Associate degree in Accounting or related field 2+ years of billing or accounts receivable experience Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Extremely detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy in repetitive tasks Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., formulas, sorting/filtering, pivot tables) Ability to process high volumes of data quickly and accurately Strong organizational and time management skills Comfortable navigating systems such as TMW and Epicor Clear and professional communication style Physical Requirements 90% of the workday is spent at a desk using a computer Occasional lifting of up to 30 pounds (files, supplies, envelopes) Frequent use of standard office equipment (phone, printer, scanner, keyboard) This job description is designed to be a guide and is not to be construed as a comprehensive listing of all activities, duties, skills or responsibilities that are required for this position.
