Job Description

Psych Recovery, Inc. is a mental health outpatient clinic, located in St. Paul, MN. We are seeking a billing specialist with strong organizational and computer skills. The qualified candidate for billing office specialist will be service minded with the ability to work both independently and communicate effectively in an active team environment. Strong organizational and time management skills required. The ability to prioritize with attention to detail. Team members in this role are exceptional communicators, solution focused and creative problem solvers.
Applicant will be responsible for:
Processing payments and rejections Submitting claims and following up with insurance companies Answering questions from patients, support staff and providers Collections posting and managing account payments, and billing statements Prefer super-user for Electronic Health Record, scheduling, billing/account management interface tools, as well as credentialing experience. Strong work ethic and high accountability are all qualities we are seeking in the candidate. This is a M-F full time office position.
