This is an on-site position supporting our mission to provide high-quality, accessible healthcare to the communities we serve. Key Responsibilities Insurance claim processing — Prepare, submit, and track medical and dental claims to various payers. Payment posting — Accurately post payments, adjustments, and denials. Accounts receivable follow-up — Monitor outstanding claims and follow up with insurance companies to resolve issues. Coding accuracy review — Ensure proper coding and documentation for timely reimbursement. Patient billing support — Assist patients with billing questions and account resolution. Compliance adherence — Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA and organizational policies. Qualifications Medical or dental billing experience preferred (1-2 years). Knowledge of
CPT , ICD-10 , ADA
codes , and insurance payer requirements. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency with billing software and electronic health records. Excellent communication and customer-service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a busy office setting.
