Billing Specialist:

Review and submit accurate dental insurance claims with the right attachments Include x-rays and narratives where required, no claim left behind! Submit claims within 24 hours of treatment Follow up and resolve outstanding claims within 30 days Process EOBs, denials, and appeals like a pro Conduct audits on patient accounts and keep the billing cycle moving Uphold strict compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and ADA regulations Other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For :

Dental experience (in any area of a dental office) Experience with dental practice management systems Comfortable reading dental x-rays and working with narratives Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and dental practice management systems Exceptionally organized, focused, and self-motivated
