Direct Sales Administrator

We are seeking a Direct Sales Administrator to join our Diretct Sales team by managing daily order intake, scheduling installations, and ensuring timely and accurate billing and payroll processing. This role serves as a key liaison between Sales Representatives, customers, and internal departments to ensure smooth service, delivery and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do:

Receive and validate daily orders from Sales Representatives Enter and schedule orders into the billing system Communicate with customers regarding scheduling and service updates Reschedule installation appointments as needed Monitor order progress through reports and systems to identify potential issues Escalate unresolved issues to upper management Evaluate customer interests and offer additional services or upgrades Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing, service issues, products, and features Correct billing errors and discrepancies using the billing system

What We're Looking For:
