  • Adecco is seeking an
  • Accounts Receivable Analyst
  • in Charlotte, NC. This position is responsible for managing customer accounts in a Global Shared Services environment to help ensure invoices are paid on time. The role will focus on collections, dispute resolution, deductions, customer communication, and improving cash flow by reducing overdue balances.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • + Manage assigned customer accounts receivable portfolio + Must be able to
WORK ONSITE
+ Utilize the HighRadius collections tool and partner with remote Shared Services teams + Review past due accounts daily and contact customers regarding payments + Set up payment arrangements and resolve unpaid invoice issues + Identify causes of non-payment and collaborate with internal teams on solutions + Attend weekly aging meetings and provide updates on overdue balances + Review credit hold orders and resolve issues quickly for timely release + Communicate with leadership, Credit, and Sales teams regarding blocked orders + Research and resolve deductions, disputes, and open balances + Gather supporting documents such as PODs, purchase orders, invoices, and emails + Provide documentation for customers and audits + Process credits and account adjustments as needed + Support month-end close activities + Assist with projects outside normal duties + Recommend process improvements + Handle requests professionally by phone, email, and messaging + Work independently with limited supervision

  • + Experience managing large and complex customer accounts + Proven ability to reduce aged receivables and improve collections + Experience using multiple customer payment portals + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills + Ability to create PowerPoint presentations and present findings to leadership + Strong communication and escalation management skills + Highly organized with ability to meet deadlines + Team-oriented mindset with focus on continuous improvement + Self-starter able to work independently •Minimum Requirements•+ Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred + 1+ year of business experience preferred + Intermediate to advanced Excel skills ( •VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables•) + Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines + Strong attention to detail and accuracy + Self-motivated with willingness to learn + High ethics and integrity •
Pay Details:
  • $28.
