Full-time, Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30

PM Hourly Pay:

$25•27 an hour

Required:

Duke Vaya Coversheet Key Qualifications High School Diploma At least 1 year of hospital billing or billing operations experience Strong customer service and communication skills Experience with accounting/billing processes (patient billing is a plus) Ability to work independently and manage deadlines Comfortable with computer-based work and email communication Core Responsibilities Process Bill-Only transactions in SAP Ensure vendors are paid accurately for products used in patient procedures Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies with nursing, procurement, and vendors Maintain organized Bill-Only documentation for audit purposes Deliver excellent customer service to vendors, clinical staff, and other stakeholders Meet turnaround expectations (Bill-Onlys completed within one week after surgery) Support additional supply chain or billing-related duties as assigned Ideal Candidate Profile This role is a strong fit for someone with: Hospital supply chain or materials management experience Healthcare billing, accounts payable, or revenue cycle experience SAP experience (especially invoice or bill-only processing) Strong attention to detail and follow-through Experience collaborating across multiple departments

Pay:

$25.00•$27.00 per hour
