Our client, a growing logistics company located in the Rocky Mount, NC area, is looking for a sharp and dependable AP Analyst to join their team. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a fast-paced, high-volume environment that values accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork. While working as the AP Analyst, you will support the accounting team with responsibilities including: Process high-volume invoices accurately and in a timely manner Perform 3-way matching (PO, invoice, receipt) and resolve discrepancies Manage vendor relationships and respond to inquiries professionally Assist with weekly check runs and electronic payments (ACH/wires) Reconcile vendor statements and maintain accurate AP records Monitor aging reports and ensure timely payments Support month-end close by preparing AP accruals and reports Identify process improvements to increase efficiency within AP workflows Assist with audits by providing necessary documentation and support Collaborate with internal teams including operations and procurement This is an incredible opportunity with a company that offers stability, growth, and a team-oriented environment. To be considered for this position, you would need: 2+ years of accounts payable or related accounting experience Experience in a high-volume or logistics/distribution environment preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar preferred) Intermediate Excel skills Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset Please apply!
