$23.23 per hour

Shift:

8:00am - 5:00pm CST What's a typical day as Billing Specialist? You'll be: Facilitating end-to-end invoicing and cash application processes to support accurate and timely customer payments. Partnering with internal teams and external customers to resolve billing discrepancies and research payment issues. Processing accounts receivable transactions, including invoicing clients, cash receipts, customer deposits, and credit requests. Examining and correcting accounting transactions for accuracy and preparing/posting journal entries. Maintaining customer account balances, coordinating with customers and internal teams to resolve invoicing or collection issues. Supporting reporting, process documentation, and continuous improvement to ensure compliance, accuracy, and efficiency. Reporting to the Billing and Cash Supervisor and collaborating with the Billing and Cash team. This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have at least 1 year of experience in accounts receivable, collections, or a related financial function (required). Hold an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline—or have an equivalent combination of relevant education and hands-on AR/collections experience. Exhibit excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Demonstrate a willingness to learn new systems and ask questions. Possess ownership mindset and clear communication skills.
