Billing Specialist- Construction

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Billing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in billing processes, ensuring accuracy in invoicing, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. This position requires a solid understanding of billing and accounting principles, along with excellent communication skills. Qualifications Strong understanding of accounts payable and accounts receivable Experience in invoice creating and billing processing and QuickBooks Proficiency in using Builder trend and Specific Builder Portals Excellent grammar, spelling, and communication skills High attention to detail and accuracy when transcribing, entering and reviewing data. Communicate clearly and effectively Builds constructive relationships with people inside & outside the company Minimum of one year of accounts receivable and collection experience Responsibilities You will be responsible for creating and sending customer invoices and maintaining accurate records. Additionally, you will assist in various administrative tasks and support the team with high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Assist the Controller in reviewing A/R aging reports and collecting on past due accounts Work directly with superintendents to accurately invoice special jobs and projects Benefits
