Job Description

Our client is seeking a fully onsite Billing Coordinator in Atlantic City, NJ!
Hours:
Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
Pay:
$20/hr-$25/hour
DOE Responsibilities:
Performs conflict checks. Obtains approvals on new file openings. Opens and maintains client files in billing system. Accurately enters new client data and updates existing client data, in the billing system. Monitors unbilled time and disbursements to ensure prompt billing. Handles electronic billing, using client platform. Generates weekly and monthly billing reports. Assists with month-end closing processes.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required, preferably in accounting 3+ years of billing experience Benefits include medical, dental, vision insurances, employee discounts, PTO, Wellness programs, FSA, 401
