Job Description
What this job is about You will support the Invoice-to-Cash (I2C) team by making sure online sales, payments, and billing data are correctly recorded in SAP and other finance systems. The role is focused on data checking, reconciliation, and fixing billing issues in e-commerce transactions. What you will do 1. Reconciliation & A/R support Match e-commerce sales with payment gateway reports Identify and fix differences in financial records Support SAP entries and adjustments Help during system automation projects (BlackLine / HighRadius) 2. Billing support Resolve billing blocks in SAP so invoices can be generated Investigate stuck or missing orders Support B2B, retail, and wholesale billing issues Assist in payment processing (ACH, wire, checks) 3. Reporting Update Power BI dashboards and SAP reports Track finance KPIs and monthly metrics Support
