Billing and Collections Representative

Part-Time Billing & Collections Specialist Cranford, NJ | Part-Time | Flexible Hours Anything Print & Promotion / Anything INKD is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Billing & Collections Specialist to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone with strong accounting and customer communication skills who can help manage invoicing, collections, and financial reporting. Responsibilities Manage customer billing and collections processes Send invoices and follow up on overdue accounts Contact clients by phone and email regarding outstanding balances Process payments, credits, and refunds accurately Maintain organized and accurate customer account records Review and reconcile accounts receivable balances Assist with financial reporting and account analysis Generate and review Profit & Loss (P&L) reports Work closely with management to improve cash flow and collections Requirements Must have experience with QuickBooks Strong understanding of P&L statements and financial reporting Previous billing, collections, or accounting experience preferred Strong communication and negotiation skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Professional phone and email etiquette What We're Looking For Reliable and self-motivated Comfortable communicating with customers regarding payments Able to problem solve and resolve billing discrepancies professionally Team player with a positive attitude Position Details Part-Time Position Flexible schedule available Competitive pay based on experience To apply, please send your resume and experience to: Michael@anythinginkd.com
