The ideal candidate will have experience with computer systems that utilize billing programs, such as Moore Stevens. The Billing Specialist will work closely with locations, employees and the management team. Responsibilities Work closely with foreman to accurately check that the time sheet is correct. correct all errors, if any Input data into Moore Stevens weekly Work with different vendors to input their billing, by working with their accounting department to confirm information Collecting timesheets from the foreman Weekly payroll reporting Working with employees if they have discrepancies on their paychecks Other tasks as needed Experience Proficient in Microsoft office Proficiency in using billing software and excel Bi-lingual preferred Good communication skills Integrated Industries/American Maritime value a diverse, inclusive workforce and we provide equal employment opportunity for all applicants and employees.
