East Coast Warehouse's billing to key customers (e.g., Nestlé) currently involves several manual, time-consuming steps handled by Operations and Finance. Your mission is to automate these touchpoints, eliminate re-keying, and accelerate cash flow. You will gain real-world experience with APIs, RPA, EDI, and client portals while delivering measurable savings for a multi-million dollar logistics organization.

Position Requirements Key Responsibilities:

Learn and document the current Nestlé billing processes including Accessorial Charge Pre-Approval, Invoice Charge Submittal in third-party Portal, EDI Invoice Submittal to CASS, and the tracking of the interim milestones Assume the daily responsibilities to manually process the billing activities for Nestlé Work with the Transportation Product Manager and Application Development Team to streamline and automate the manually billing processes. The primary focus is to support the Nestlé billing initiatives, the end solution should set the foundation to extend the implementation to other clients.
