• Full-time Dental / Oral Surgery Billing Specialist Emerson, NJ (In-Person) Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Dental/Oral Surgery Billing Specialist to join our growing team.

This role focuses on managing the revenue cycle, ensuring accurate claim submission, and timely follow-up on outstanding accounts. Key Responsibilities Manage and organize accounts receivable (A/R) across multiple locations Submit, track, and follow up on insurance claims (dental and medical) Review and process EOBs and insurance payments Resolve claim denials and outstanding balances efficiently Review daily, weekly, and monthly billing reports Collaborate with front desk and clinical teams to ensure accurate claim information Maintain compliance with insurance guidelines and billing regulations Qualifications Minimum 2+ years of dental or oral surgery billing experience (1 year considered with strong knowledge) Strong understanding of insurance claims, EOBs, and A/R management Experience with dental practice management software (WinOMS preferred) Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team
