as a Cross Trained Dental Insurance Coordinator! This exciting role offers the opportunity to enhance patient care while managing insurance processes in a friendly and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits efficiently. Assist in the preparation and submission of insurance claims. Coordinate between the dental team and insurance providers for seamless communication. Manage patient accounts, ensuring accurate billing and collections. Educate patients on their insurance coverage and financial responsibilities. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of dental insurance policies and regulations. Support front desk operations as needed, including appointment scheduling. Help the clincial team when needed

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; 2+ years of dental office experience Strong knowledge of dental insurance processes and terminology. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Proficient in dental software, Dentrix Positive attitude and a passion for patient care.
