Job Description

ABA Credentialing and Billing Associate Little Champs ABA Little Champs ABA is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized ABA Credentialing and Billing Associate to join our growing team. This full-time position plays a vital role in supporting our clinical and operational departments by overseeing provider credentialing, insurance enrollments, billing processes, and compliance activities across multiple states. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and passionate about supporting quality ABA services for children and families. Position Summary The ABA Credentialing and Billing Associate will be responsible for managing provider credentialing and recredentialing processes, supporting insurance billing operations, maintaining compliance records, and assisting clinical and administrative teams. This position works closely with the Clinical Director and leadership team to ensure efficient operations and timely reimbursement processes. Responsibilities Credentialing & Compliance Manage provider credentialing and recredentialing for BCBAs, RBTs, and other clinical staff Track credential expiration dates, licensure renewals, and compliance requirements Submit and monitor insurance enrollment applications across multiple states Maintain accurate credentialing records and provider databases Ensure compliance with insurance, Medicaid, and payer requirements Communicate with insurance companies and licensing boards regarding provider statuses Billing & Authorizations Assist with ABA billing processes and claims submissions Monitor claim statuses, denials, and payment discrepancies Support authorization tracking and insurance verification Work with leadership to resolve billing issues efficiently Ensure accurate documentation is submitted for reimbursement Maintain organized billing and authorization records Administrative Support Collaborate with the Clinical Director and leadership team on operational tasks Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires Assist with audits and compliance reviews Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance at all times Provide administrative support to clinical and office teams as needed Team Support & Communication Offer ongoing support to clinical and administrative staff Communicate professionally with families, insurance providers, and team members Assist in improving workflows and organizational systems Help ensure smooth operations across multiple states Qualifications Experience in ABA credentialing, medical billing, or healthcare administration preferred Knowledge of insurance credentialing and claims processes Experience working with Medicaid and commercial insurance plans preferred Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Strong communication and customer service skills Proficient with computer systems, spreadsheets, and documentation platforms Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Benefits Competitive full-time salary Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Life insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) 401(k) with company match Supportive leadership team Opportunities for growth and advancement About Little Champs ABA Little Champs ABA is dedicated to providing high-quality ABA services to children and families, including underserved and rural communities.
